Marrow and Moss Therapy Collective

Marrow and Moss Therapy Collective

Depth-first care.
Rooted in you.

We are a group psychotherapy practice built on the belief that real change requires going inward—past the surface, into the marrow—and that genuine healing is always both structural and soft, both rigorous and alive.

Our Philosophy

What it means to be Marrow and Moss

The name is not metaphor—it is method. Marrow is what lives at the center of a bone: the generative tissue, the place where new life is made. We do not work at the edges of your experience. We work where it matters most. Moss is soft, pervasive, and astonishingly resilient. It grows in difficult conditions, slowly, without urgency, and transforms the surfaces it meets. This is what we believe healing looks like in practice.

01

Clinically Rigorous

Every clinician in the Collective holds advanced licensure and specialized training in evidence-based modalities. We believe warmth and clinical depth are not in tension—they are the same thing.

02

Genuinely Accessible

We accept major commercial insurance plans and partner with Lyra EAP so that premium care does not require a premium out-of-pocket cost. Good therapy should not be a luxury.

03

Structurally Warm

From your first inquiry to your final session, you are held by clear processes, responsive humans, and a practice culture that treats your time and privacy as non-negotiable.

04

Niche by Design

We do not try to be everything. Our clinicians carry deep specializations—trauma, EMDR, somatic work, perinatal mental health—because specificity is how you truly help someone.
