“I am committed to bringing compassion to spaces that are often full of self-criticism. I’m here to help you navigate the ins and outs of your past, your beliefs, and bring you closer to self-awareness and long-term growth.
The path to growth and change is (technically) simple, but I know that this doesn’t make the application and process easy. Healing is hard. Let me help you make the process as painless as possible.”
