Your initial 15-minute phone consultation is a low-pressure, confidential space for us to connect. We will discuss what is currently bringing you to therapy, answer any questions you have about our clinical approach, confirm logistics (such as in-person in Denver vs. virtual in CO/CA), and ensure that our practice is the right clinical match for your goals.
