Individual Therapy Services:
Therapy Intensives in Denver, CO
The Marrow:
The Structure: Multi-hour or multi-day clinical blocks designed to help you process trauma, body image distress, or major life shifts rapidly without hitting the reset button every week.
Therapy Intensives
The Focus: Bypass months of standard 50-minute weekly therapy and dive straight into dedicated, uninterrupted healing. Go beyond the surface and connect with bone-deep healing.
Therapy Intensives are extended, highly focused sessions tailored to help you make profound clinical breakthroughs in days rather than months. Instead of spending the first 15 minutes catching up and the last 15 winding down, an intensive gives you the dedicated space needed for real, transformative processing.

How Therapy Intensives Work:
Pre-Intensive Assessment Session, 60 min:
We map out your clinical history, identify core targets (using EMDR, IFS, or Somatic Experiencing), and establish grounded nervous-system stabilization skills.
Intensive Processing Experience, Half-day or Full-day blocks:
Dedicated, uninterrupted clinical work focusing directly on core trauma, eating disorder triggers, or relational blocks in a safe, controlled environment.
Integration & Aftercare Planning, 60 min:
1-2 weeks post-intensive, we consolidate your insights, review new behavioral pathways, and create a sustainable plan for long-term integration into daily life.

-
Yes, absolutely. Whether we meet in person at my Denver office or virtually across Colorado and California, we use the exact same evidence-based approaches.
For many clients, doing therapy from the comfort of their own home—sitting on their own couch in comfortable clothes—actually lowers their anxiety and makes it easier to be vulnerable and open during sessions.
